Multi-Grain Scones - cooking recipe

    1/2 c. of sugar
    5 Tbsp. expeller-pressed oil (Canola)
    1/8 tsp. lemon zest
    1/2 c. of old fashioned oats
    1/4 c. wheat bran
    1 1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. millet
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. nuts or dried fruit
