Yam Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large yams, cooked and mashed
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. seedless raisins
1/3 c. rum
Preparation

Mix together in large mixing bowl first 7 ingredients.
Heat rum and raisins in small pan over low heat for 5 minutes.
Cool lightly and beat into yam mixture.
Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
Pour mixture into pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven.
