Potato Supreme(Serves 12 To 14) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. fresh buttered bread crumbs (you can use frozen bread also)
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes and combine in large bowl with butter.
    Add rest of ingredients, except crumbs.
    Put in 3-quart casserole dish.
    Spray with Pam.
    Top with crumbs or bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
