Mock Perogi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. twisted noodles
1 stick margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms (stems and pieces)
1 can mushroom soup
1 large can sauerkraut
Preparation

Cook noodles and drain.
Combine onions, margarine, mushrooms and soup.
Cook sauerkraut in its own juice, then wash and drain well.
Add sauerkraut to noodle mixture.
Place in casserole (greased) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
