Very Low-Fat Gravy (Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    2 1/4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
    dash of sage (powdered)
Preparation
    Add bouillon to boiling water; stir to dissolve.
    Combine cornstarch and cold water in shaker jar; shake well.
    Remove pan with bouillon mixture from heat; add cornstarch mixture and stir with wire whisk.
    Return pan to heat (medium) and cover until thickened.
    Add sage; stir and serve.
