Good Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
3 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Roll on floured board.
Will make one 9-inch two crust pie.
