Zippy Beef Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 oz pkg. dried beef
1/4 c. chopped green stuffed olives
assorted unsalted crackers

Preparation

Blend together cheese, mayonnaise, sherry & onion.
Stir in finely snipped beef and chopped olives.
Serve on assorted crackers
