Oven Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs
    3 slices bread, crumbled
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp. allspice (ground)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine milk, onion and eggs.
    Add bread, let stand for 5 minutes.
    Add meat and seasonings.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 4 dozen small balls, 1 1/2-inch diameter. Place on baking pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 8 servings (6 per serving).
    Each serving contains approximately (Exchanges): 2 meat, 1/2 bread.
