Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1 lb. dark raisins
    3 apples
    2 lemons, chopped fine
    3 oz. crystallized ginger
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
    3 Tbsp. mustard seed
    5 c. hard pears
    3 peaches
    1/2 orange, chopped
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    2 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut up; chop fine.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
