Pacific Lime Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. lime Jell-O
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 medium size can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Make lime Jell-O; chill until it is the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Beat with mixer until it gets foamy; gradually add bits of softened cream cheese and beat well.
Add sour cream and continue beating.
Blend in crushed pineapple; pour into mold and refrigerate.
