Hash Browns - cooking recipe

2 lb. frozen hash browns, shredded
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Defrost hash browns.
Combine next 6 ingredients. Mix with hash browns. Place in greased casserole dish, 9 x 13, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
