Stuffed Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. seasoned, ready mixed stuffing
    1 medium onion, grated
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix hamburger and salt.
    Divide into 12 equal parts.
    Flatten each between pieces of waxed paper until about 5 inches in diameter.
    Leave each patty on paper.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Divide among 6 patties.
    Top each with a patty and press edges together with a fork.
    Broil on both sides until brown.
