Sandra Faye'S Stuffed Pumpkin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Hamburg
    1 lb. ground Pork
    1 Onion, chopped
    Salt & Pepper
    2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
    2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
    1 tsp. Cloves
    Pumpkin
Preparation
    Salt Pumpkin overnight.
    Brown Meat and Onions.
    Add seasoning. Add Cracker Crumbs.
    Simmer meat 1 hour (covered).
    Stuff Pumpkin and simmer in dutch oven for 1- 1 hours, Steaming Pumpkin.
