Fish Fillets With Mushrooms(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 tomato, peeled and cubed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Arrange fish fillets in 12 x 7 x 2-inch microproof baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Stir lemon juice into wine and sprinkle with remaining ingredients over top.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Cook on High 5 minutes.
    Let stand covered 5 minutes.
    (Makes 3 to 4 servings.)
