La Gougere(Burgundy Cheese Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    8 eggs
    10 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    additional grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Bring to boil. Remove and add flour all at once, stirring briskly.
    Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball.
    Remove from heat and beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well; mix in grated cheese.
    Let cool slightly.
