Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    6 to 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
    Beat for 30 minutes and pour over graham cracker crust in cheese cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
