Fajita Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. cilantro
    1 to 2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in plastic bag with Ziploc seal.
    Add flank steak (or skirt steak, or London broil); refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
