White Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. marshmallow cream
Preparation

Combine sugar, milk, water and salt; heat to a boil over moderate heat.
Brush sides of pan with wet pastry brush to remove sugar crystals, stirring frequently to soft ball stage (236\u00b0).
Add butter and vanilla.
Cool at room temperature, without stirring, until lukewarm.
Beat until mixture holds its shape.
Add marshmallow cream.
Beat until thick.
Spread in greased pan.
