Spaghetti With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 or 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    1/4 c. chopped country ham
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. spaghetti (thin)
    1/2 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel and mince garlic.
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add garlic and ham (medium heat).
    Clean and slice mushrooms.
    Add them to skillet.
    Stir frequently until mushrooms lose volume and darken. Add parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring large pot of water to boil.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt and some butter.
    Cook spaghetti until tender; drain.
    Toss with mushroom sauce.
    Serve topped with cheese.
    Serves 3 or 4.
