Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, cut flowerets in small pieces
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. flour
    4 chicken bouillon packs
    pepper
    6 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Put broccoli in water and cook until done and set aside.
    In Dutch oven, saute onion in oleo; stir in flour.
    Add bouillon packs; add pepper (several shakes).
    Add skim milk.
    Heat and stir.
    Add broccoli mix.
    Simmer 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 4 to 6.
