Salsa De Baracoa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sm. onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. olive oil
1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. condensed tomato soup
6 Tbsp. lemon juice OR vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation
-
Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and boil for 3 minutes, or until thick.
Pour over broiling or roasting meat, or use as a sauce for reheating cold meat.
Serve hot.
Makes about 2-1/4 c. sauce.
