Crab Claiborne - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
5 drops Tabasco sauce
2 drops Worcestershire sauce
2 shakes Old Bay seasoning
1 egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
paprika

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease
9 x 9-inch (Corning Ware type) pan with
butter.
Thoroughly
mix together all ingredients, except crab, cheese
and
paprika.\tFold in crab; put in pan. Sprinkle cheese
over the mixture, then sprinkle paprika over all. Bake at
350\u00b0
until golden brown.
