Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. oleo
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Blend together flour, oleo and nuts.
    Press in 10 x 10 x 3-inch pan (square).
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until brown.
    Beat together cheese and sugar and fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
    Spread on cooled crust.
    Mix together pudding and milk. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened.
    Pour over cheese 1 layer and top with 1 cup Cool Whip.
    Chill 30 minutes or until firm.
