Super Moist Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, flour, sugar and soda. Add egg, milk and butter. Mix well and pour into a buttered iron skillet. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or
    until golden brown. Remove cornbread immediately from skillet.
