Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt
1 1/4 c. water
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon rind
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and salt; add water.
Add beaten egg yolks to sugar mixture.
Cook in double boiler over hot water, stirring until thick.
Cover.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add margarine, lemon juice and rind.
Pour into 9-inch pastry shell and top with meringue. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
