Smoke Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger or ground chuck
3/4 c. ketchup
1 c. extra sharp cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 cans kidney beans or pinto beans
2 small cans mushrooms
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, diced
2 c. brown sugar (not packed)
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper.
Remove and brown meat.
Drain. Mix remaining ingredients and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
