Maryland Blue Crab Imperial Soup(Aka Cream Of Crab Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 Tbsp. butter (use real sweetened butter)
    10 Tbsp. flour
    2 cubes chicken bouillon (crushed)
    dash of white pepper
    6 c. whole milk
    salt to taste
    1 lb. backfin blue crabmeat
    Dry Sherry to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter, blend in flour and pepper. Stir, simmer for 2 minutes.
    Add milk and crushed bouillon cubes.
    Simmer and stir constantly until mixture thickens enough to coat spoon.
    Salt to taste, add crabmeat and heat but do not boil.
