Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. onion
    3 c. water
    3 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, sliced
    garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Add onion; cook until tender.
    Stir in water and oregano.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice and parsley. Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand for 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
    Stir in cheese and mushroom soup.
    Heat until cheese is melted.
