Strawberry Glazed Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
3 eggs
16 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
dash of salt
3 c. sour cream
2 c. fresh strawberries
1/2 c. water
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. sugar
red food coloring

Preparation

To make crust:
In medium bowl, combine crumbs, walnuts and cinnamon.
Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
Press mixture on bottom and 3 inches up sides of 9-inch spring-form pan.
