Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 bananas, crushed
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
Beat well.
Add other ingredients.
Pour into 1 large or 2 small loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Bake just until no fingerprint shows on top.
Do not overbake.
