Creme De Menthe Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 small frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
1 pt. lime sherbet

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in container of blender.
Blend at medium speed until well mixed.
Spoon into parfait glasses. Place parfait glasses in freezer 3 or 4 hours.
Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
