Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken fingers
1 large onion, chopped
2 medium green peppers, chopped
2 c. white rice
2 cans chicken broth
2 Tbsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown chicken fingers in oil; set aside.
Measure water (add to chicken broth for a total of 4 cups liquid).
Bring to a boil. Add all ingredients; stir.
Lower heat to simmer and cover.
Cook until rice is done.
Serves 4.
