Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup water
    2 cups minute rice
    1/2 pounds velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 cup Pace picante sauce
    1/2 cup each chopped tomato and green pepper
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Stir in rice, cheese, & picante sauce; cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add tomato and pepper.
    Let stand 10 minutes or to desired consistency.
