Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. finely grated onion
    50 medium mushroom caps
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In 1-quart glass casserole microwave butter until melted. Combine with bread crumbs and walnuts.
    Microwave 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
    Blend with onion, chili sauce, salt, lemon juice and pepper.
    Stuff mushrooms using about 1/2 tablespoon stuffing per cap.
    Arrange 10 to 12 mushrooms on paper plate.
    Microwave covered with wax paper, 6 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
    Serve hot.
