Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 1 pkg. leg quarters
    1 pkg. Mahatma brand rice
    1 2/3 c. broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water until tender.
    Save broth.
    Cook rice in broth.
    Combine soup, broth and sour cream.
    Pour over chicken and rice in a casserole dish.
    Top with crackers that are crushed fine.
    Drizzle margarine over crackers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
