Irene'S Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dates
    1/2 lb. candied cherries
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple
    1/2 lb. walnuts
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 t. baking soda
    1 t. salt
    1 t. cinnamon
Preparation
    Chop the dates, candied cherries and pineapple and walnuts. Cream thoroughly the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients and fruit and nuts. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325-350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
