Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    celery, chopped fine
    5 c. water
    2 pkg. chicken noodle soup
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1/2 c. sliced almonds (not blanched)
Preparation
    Brown sausage, pepper, onion and celery.
    Pour off fat.
    Bring water and noodle soup to a boil.
    Add rice and cook 10 minutes. Add almonds.
    Pour together and bake 30 minutes, covered, at 350\u00b0 and 15 minutes, uncovered.
    Total cooking time:
    45 minutes.
