My Friend Natalie Grossiner'S Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
2 Tbsp. fat
2 onions, sliced
3 c. canned tomatoes
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. beef bones
1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. uncooked rice
1/4 c. grated onion
1 egg
3 Tbsp. water (cold)
3 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. seedless raisins
Preparation

Place the cabbage in a kettle and add boiling water to cover. Let soak 15 minutes and drain.
Carefully remove 12 large leaves or if the leaves are too small, use 18.
Heat the fat in a large deep saucepan or casserole.
Add sliced onions and cook, stirring, until golden.
Add tomatoes, 1/2 salt, 1/2 pepper and bones. Simmer 30 minutes.
