Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. quartered tomatoes
    1 c. thinly sliced red onion
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms and pat dry.
    Slice.
    Combine oil, vinegar, parsley, salt, sugar, garlic powder and pepper.
    Mix and pour over mushrooms.
    Add tomatoes and onions.
    Cover and refrigerate.
