Quick Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced zucchini
    1/2 c. Ditalini (uncooked)*
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (16 oz.) cans low salt chicken broth
    1 (14.5 oz.) can Italian style tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in large pot.
    Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is done.
    Stirring occasionally, stir in cheese or use as garnish.
    Makes 6 servings.
