Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. white corn or light Karo syrup
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly, add sugar. Mix together until well blended. Add butter, syrup, salt, vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Pour into 1 deep dish pie shell or 2 shallow pie shells. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
