Shauna'S Sunday Supper Soup(Meatball Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 bay leaf
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth (undiluted) or beef bouillon cubes
    1 can tomatoes (undrained), chopped
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1/4 c. celery tops
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Mix together beef, egg, water, bread crumbs, salt and celery. Shape into meatballs.
    Brown in butter and after browned, set aside.
    Add together all other ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Add meatballs and simmer 20 minutes longer.
    Serve.
