Savory Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. shortcrust pastry
    grated cheese
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    1 onion
Preparation
    Line a flan dish with pastry.
    Cook onion and turn into pastry case.
    Add cheese and seasoning.
    Pour over beaten eggs and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
