Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (bulk), room temperature
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    2 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese, room temperature
Preparation
    Mix together sausage, Bisquick and poultry seasoning.
    Add grated cheese.
    Roll into balls.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 30 minutes or golden brown at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
