Applesauce Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine Bisquick, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Add applesauce, milk, egg and oil.
    Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill 2-inch muffin papers in tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes; cool.
    Dip top in melted butter, then sugar and cinnamon mix.
    You may freeze on cookie sheet, then pop in plastic bag. Heat to serve.
    Makes 24 or more.
