Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten slightly
1 Tbsp. water
3 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt (or less)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

In small bowl, beat together egg white and water. Stir in pecans, stirring until all surfaces are moistened. Mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg; sprinkle over pecans, mixing
well. Spread pecans on lightly greased or foil lined cookie sheet and bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 30 minutes. Stir once or twice to crisp and dry pecans evenly.
