Chicken Casserole(6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 stack pkg. Ritz crackers
1 1/2 stick oleo, melted
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Boil, bone and skin breasts; cut into small pieces.
Place chicken chunks in large casserole.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Pour over chicken.
Crumble crackers and sprinkle over mixture. Drizzle melted oleo over top and sprinkle top with poppy seed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
This may be prepared the day before you bake.
