Southwest Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 8.5 oz. package of corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 cup cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cheese. Mix well.
    Spread in a greased 8 X 8 baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes.
