Lemon Bisque(Makes Two Pies Or One 9 X 12-Inch Glass Dish. No Baking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk, chilled overnight
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    1 lemon
    2 graham cracker pie shells
Preparation
    Dissolve lemon Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add 1 cup sugar, juice and grated rind of lemon.
    Mix well.
    Cool until thickened.
    Whip can of chilled evaporated milk.
    Add lemon mixture; mix well.
    Pour into two graham cracker pie shells (or make a graham cracker mixture and put into a 9 x 12-inch glass dish with graham cracker crumbs).
