Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    3 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    3 oz. pkg. instant sugar-free orange jello
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
    1 c. coconut
    1 can mandarin oranges (without juice)
    12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cook rice in water for 20 minutes.
    Make sure it's dry before adding sugar and jello.
    Cool for 2 hours.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Stir just before serving.
